As the Administrator of this site, I won’t be providing much of the content.  As the only writer on the site, I will be providing most of the content.  Three cheers for multitasking.  I’m going to make every effort to play nice, and to keep my content clean.  When that doesn’t work, I’ll at least try to remain entertaining.  For those of you who have been down this road with me before, I may occasionally dredge up some old content that was too good to lose.  That will be on the days that I am too lazy to come up with something new and original.  It’s funny how that works.

Now, listen up.  I want a well-crafted blog rife with pertinent subject matter and containing only limited excursions into the archaic depths of the English language.  People seem to get all wiggy when I use words that nobody understands, so I will try to keep that sort of thing to a minimum.  I will also avoid pop culture whenever possible unless I really have a good position from which to lampoon it.  Hmm, that may occur more frequently than I expect, so it could be an unrealistic expectation.  I guess we’ll see.  In any case, I will try not to drone on and on about senseless philosophical musings that tend to make people sleepy.  I will be concise, cogent, educated (and educational), and sober.  Yes, I know.  What do I have to live for, right?  Keep your opinion to yourself, please…or put it in a comment box. Either way will work.

Why did I come back, you ask?  Because I need an outlet, and all the ones on this side of the bed are taken.
